Advisory Board Meeting for 2018 was realized.

The Advisory Board, established to make the best of the Erasmus Programme, was realized in Ankara with the participation of The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı. 80 participants from more than 70 institutions participated in the meeting. The  Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı stated in his opening speech that  1.1 Billion Euros was allocated to approximately 30 thousand  projects in the last 14 years and emphasized that  the ideas and assessment of the Advisory Board are of critical importance for maintaining the best use of the Erasmus+ Programme.

In the Advisory Board under the Turkish National Agency, there are public institutions, universities and non-governmental organizations that implement activities related to education, youth and sports sectors.

The meeting lasted a whole day. In the afternoon session, the following presentations and the Council Board Selection for 2019  were realized:

  • The Evaluation Presentation on 2018 Projects
  • Information Presentation on the New Programme to be used after 2020
  • Evaluation Presentation concerning 2017 Advisory Board Meeting

In addition to the above-mentioned activities, the ideas and assessments of the participants on Erasmus+ Programme information meetings and KA1 projects were taken in two different workshops during the meeting.
