External Expert Applications

In order to evaluate the project proposals, project reports, project products and results and all other materials carried out by our Agency within the scope of the Erasmus + Program, the independent external expert pool is expanded by receiving new applications in line with the program needs, in order to carry out the examination, analysis, monitoring and follow-up and other activities related to the projects.

Independent external experts in the existing pool do not need to reapply.

To apply, the applicant must access the TURNA system via the "Chrome" browser. In order to access the application form in the TURNA system, candidates will first need to register in the system. After logging into the TURNA system, the application process will be started by clicking the "External Expert Application Form" link in the "Application Transactions" menu.
